People Operations Partner

Role Brief:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a high growth digital healthcare company who truly makes a difference in the world. We are seeking a dynamic People Operations Partner to support our People Team, our Leaders and our employees.  You will be an integral part of the scaling of our rapidly growing organisation. You will be comfortable in all areas of HR and payroll inputs, highly detail orientated, and have experience of working in a fast-paced organisation. 
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the existing people team on change management initiatives to support business transformation
  • Supporting Leadership with ER issues 
  • Be point of contact for employee queries 
  • Overseeing our Engagement Activities and CSR initiatives
  • Own Monthly payroll inputs to our external payroll provider 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide HR solutions that support business objectives.
  • Support on initiatives for employee development, career progression, and succession planning.
  • Support our Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment of new colleagues 
  • Provide general support on all aspects of organisational structure which includes policy, process, systems, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement initiatives and training & development 
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  

    Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a people operations or generalist HR role. 

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practice and Employment legislation in Ireland and UK
  • Experience of owning payroll inputs, managing employee queries around payroll and liasing with an internal or external payroll provider
  • Confidence to partner with all levels of leadership
  • Strong recruitment background
  • Training & Development experience would be a distinct advantage 
  • You will be an excel and PowerPoint expert 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
