Role Brief:

We are seeking a talented Digital Community Manager to join our team. The chosen candidate will work on increasing engagement metrics for portal and app users through the creation of digital campaigns influenced by data, trends and client specifications. You will work closely with key stakeholders to design client strategies and pathways that feed into the company’s overall content pipeline. 

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain core communication and community health metrics, and share them with stakeholders
  • Understand client demographical needs and trends, and build client-specific digital strategies in a bid to maximise engagement across the board
  • Review and analyse strategies to improve core metrics
  • Work closely with Dev and UX team to suggest and implement relevant changes to user journeys based on engagement data
  • Build custom engagement plans for clients with a focus on innovation
  • Provide insights and reporting on user engagement and benchmarking to create clear, informed strategies
  • Act as the primary touchpoint for clients to address any digital promotional needs they may have 
Requirements:
  • A passion for digital health and wellbeing, including fitness apps, personal health tracking and other related apps
  • Ability to work in a client-facing environment to act as a liaison between Spectrum.Life and clients
  • Ability to plan content delivery and accommodate product deadlines and processes
  • Adaptive to new and changing technologies
  • Ability to communicate data in an engaging way to people of all levels
  • Highly proficient in English language
