Role Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a proven track record in managing digital and service delivery projects. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, as well as Prince2 or PMP practices, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing healthcare-related, or service and digital delivery projects. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, meeting scope, timeline, and budget requirements, while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction standards. The successful candidate must be able to lead multiple cross-functional projects, working with all areas of the business and clients, from project initiation right through to project close.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage healthcare projects focused on digital and service delivery for strategic corporate and insurance partners, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and quality standards.
  • Oversee multiple complex projects or programs simultaneously, managing different phases effectively.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and achievement of agreed metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product Development, Clinical, Operations, Compliance, and more, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Apply Agile and Prince2/PMP methodologies to optimize delivery processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Provide formal written and verbal status updates to stakeholders, adjusting project plans as required to address challenges or changing priorities.
  • Foster strong relationships with workstream leads, team members, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies, promoting a culture of ethical behavior and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects involving digital solutions and service delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in or working with Private Health Insurance companies is preferred.
  • Expertise in Agile and Prince2 or PMP methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2 Practitioner) preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, digital health technologies, and regulations is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective risk management and resolution of complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing strict deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality.
Desirable:
  • Manage more than one complex project at a time
  • Experience working with and managing project team members from all business functions, not just tech
  • Experience managing Clients/Partners 
  • Experience managing project initiation, planning and close phases in Prince2 or PMP style methodologies and execution and delivery phases in Agile
  • Strong oral skills
