Role Brief:

Spectrum.life is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Systems and Client Support Operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing current IT systems, onboarding and offboarding users and systems, monitoring both internal and external support queries, and acting as a key communication provider across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and assess current IT systems and processes used within Spectrum.life to identify areas for improvement.
  • Help onboard and offboard users and systems to ensure seamless integration and transitions.
  • Monitor and manage both internal and external support queries, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within Spectrum.life as a key communication provider for IT-related matters.
  • Assist in system upgrades, installations, and maintenance to optimise performance.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve internal IT support processes.
Requirements:
  • A degree in an IT-related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, involving IT systems analysis and helpdesk support.

  • Experience in troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues, as well as supporting internal IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and best practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency in various IT systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to IT support.
